With the economy in recession, the public sector faces reductions in levels of public spending that will require a full scale reassessment of how public services can be delivered in the future.  This conference will explore how the civil service – working with its voluntary, private and public sector partners – can meet the challenge of delivering more for less, whilst protecting and promoting innovation and service quality.  It will feature a keynote address from the Cabinet Secretary, Sir Gus O’Donnell, and Angela E Smith MP, Minister of State in the Cabinet Office.  The conference will also benefit from speeches and contributions from a host of senior public servants and opinion formers.

This is Civil Service World’s fourth annual public services conference and we are delighted to be holding this year’s conference in association with Steria.
